Where should I park?
Easy on-site parking is available just west of 99th Ave on Balpark Way. See map for the exact location and look for the Event Parking signs. If coming from the south, exit Loop 100 at Camelback, turn left, then turn right on 99th Ave. If coming from the north, exit Loop 101 at Glendale Ave, turn right, then left on 99th Ave.
What items are prohibited?
Each event will have their own prohibited items list, but these items are never allowed on property:
- Weapons & Hazardous Items
- Firearms, ammunition, firearm parts, or replicas (including BB/airsoft/paintball guns)
- Knives, blades, box cutters, razors, or sharp objects (incl. multitools)
- Stun guns, tasers, batons, brass knuckles, martial arts gear
- Explosives, fireworks, flares, smoke devices
- Hazardous chemicals, corrosives, fuels, or pressurized gas canisters
- Pepper spray/Mace or other personal defense sprays
- Tools that could be used as weapons (hammers, wrenches, crowbars, etc.)
- Food, Beverages, & Substances
- Outside alcohol or illegal substances/drugs
- Open liquids or unsealed beverage containers
- Vapes/e-cigarettes, smoking devices, or smoking materials (WVEC is a smoke-free venue)
- Drones & Electronics
- Drones/UAS, remote-controlled devices, or RC vehicles
- Laser pointers, high-output flashlights
- Professional audio/visual gear without credentialing (detachable-lens cameras, tripods, monopods, boom mics, lighting rigs)
- Two-way radios/scanners (except authorized personnel)
- Signs, Poles & Display Materials
- Signs or flags larger than poster size (approx. 22″×28″)
- Poles, sticks, or mounts of any kind (including for flags/signs)
- Confetti, glitter, streamers, balloons, or pyrotechnic materials
- Other Items & Conduct
- Any item or material deemed dangerous, disruptive, or illegal
- Noise-making devices (air horns, megaphones)
- Unauthorized solicitation, vending, or distribution of material
Are there ATM machines available on site?
Each event is responsible for bringing inn ATM machines for their event. Check the event website for details.
Where is lost and found located?
This will always be located at the Main Entrance to the event.
May I bring my pet?
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, only service animals that area trained to assist you with tasks of daily living, and certified by the ADA, are welcome at Salt River Fields. Any individual who service animal does not meet this policy is subject to removal from WVEC property. “Comfort Animals” are not considered service animals. Visitors in violation will be asked to leave. Animals who provide personal protection, emotional support, companionship, and therapy are not considered service animals under the ADA requirements, and therefore will not be allowed access to WVEC.
